Meet the Team
Xaviera Laijas Szeman founded XMEDIA in 2009. She is an entrepreneur at heart, loving all aspects of running a business. Over the course of her career, she led the media strategy and execution for top-tier clients including IDEA Public Schools, The United States Air Force, John Deere, Texas A&M, Whataburger, Rackspace, Solarwinds, and more. Xaviera is a focused, results-oriented leader/mom (a powerful combination) who’s passionate about her clients’ success, her family, and her faith.
Noelle is a writer, mom and seasoned marketer with vast experience in bringing brands to life. Prior to XMEDIA, she served as Media Director at GSD&M & McGarrah Jessee. She’s a multi-media expert whose creative, effective approach garners positive business results and industry recognition for the brands she stewards. Career highlights include IDEA Public Schools, Whataburger, AT&T, Popeye's Chicken and Biscuits, USAF, and many more.
Sandra is our queen-of-all-trades. She’s worked both agency and client-side, developing a well-balanced approach to building brands and businesses. With her Account Service background, she brings a unique perspective to media planning, understanding how all elements must collaborate to achieve success. When she’s not serving as our glue, she’s enjoying her family, cheering on the Cowboys and coming up with puns; wordplay is her jam.
An incredible negotiator, Tatum stewards broadcast efforts that both effectively and efficiently deliver client goals while nurturing the ever-important relationships that result in strong buys and even better added value. Her list of previous clients is so long, it just might break the internet. Suffice it to say, she’s placed buys across every category there is and then some. Kelly’s knack for creating impeccable spreadsheets and developing effective systems keeps us all sane. Prior to her current role as XMEDIA’s budget coordinator, she served as a national sales manager for a large network of websites, creating strategic advertising campaigns through dynamic digital content, creative social media, and in-person events. If she's not organizing, you can find her near the water, or otherwise soaking up time with her husband, two kids, and goldendoodle.
Chris is a senior marketing leader in digital media, demand generation, ecommerce, digital performance marketing, and digital transformation. He led digital strategy for a diverse range of businesses; tech start-ups, high-growth, mid-market companies as well as Fortune 500s. He’s worked for both agencies and client side with a passion for building impactful campaigns. His notable experience includes Whataburger, IDEA Public Schools, Trek Bikes, Rackspace, Goldman Sachs, AT&T, and more.
Celina McGraw is our Senior Strategist with expertise in multi-media and brand strategy. From pivot tables to writing creative briefs, Celina is both right and left-brained. She's worked at B2B marketing and advertising agencies, honing her skills on notable accounts such as Popeyes, Seton, Dell, Texas Lottery, Starbucks, Beech-Nut and more. XMEDIA wouldn't exist without Bonnie; a fact not hyperbole. This is both because she's Xaviera's mother and due to her role as head of accounts payable where she uses her well-honed business acumen to ensure we're always in the black.
Rebecca has over 20 years of media strategy/investment expertise across various verticals. She attended the University of Texas at Austin, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Advertising degree with a minor in Business Foundations. Most recently, Rebecca worked for Whataburger Restaurants where she guided the development and implementation of integrated media planning, investment and measurement. In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys cooking traveling and taking care of her two Shih Tzu puppies.
Chris Estus has been an out of home media professional since 1983, including sales, operations, real estate, management and ownership. Since 1998 he’s planned and bought national, regional and local out of home media campaigns for advertisers such as IDEA Public Schools, Valero, Sprint, Baptist Health Systems, IBC and many more. Chris is a graduate of The State University of NY-Oswego. Chris enjoys skiing and backpacking. He and his wife Pat are active in recovery ministry and have 2 cats.
Tobin has over a decade of media strategy experience within the digital space across multiple client verticals including quick service restaurant, retail and CPG. Most recently, she has worked within the digital audio space specializing in streaming audio and podcasts for home security, home goods products, and CPG client verticals.
